Meeting/Board Room
Board Room is located on the first floor and is available for rental by residents. Up to 12 people.

Party Rooms
Concorde Park offers two party rooms available for a fee for residents. Simply book the room at the Management Office, fill in the forms, pay your fee and security deposit.

Large Party Room
This room is available for parties up to 100 people at a fee. It has seating, tables, a bar area, kitchen, dance floor. The kitchen has a full size fridge, above range microwave, range and dishwasher.

Small Party Room
The small party room holds up to a maximum 25 people for a fee and is equipped with a bar, kitchen, seating, tables. The kitchen has a full size fridge, above range microwave, range and dishwasher.

Library
The library was added to Concorde Park in 1994 and is located on the first floor. This was first designed by residents and the books have all been donated by residents. Volunteers work unselfishly to maintain and catalogue all the books.

Hobby Rooms
Building has a hobby room.
These rooms are very handy and have been a welcome advantage for residents with hobbies or renovations.

Games Room
The games room is located on the 7 Concorde Place first floor just past the main lobby and is equipped with 2 billiard tables, table tennis and 2 dart boards. Residents book the room at the Concierge Desk and sign out the cues and balls for the billiard tables.

Video Rooms
Building has 2 video rooms each available for residents to bring guests for viewing a favourite sport event, movies or program on TV. Each is equipped with seating for up to 12 people.

Tennis Courts
Outside the back of the buildings are 2 tennis courts available for booking at the Concierge Desk during season. The courts are well used in season and have lighting, with bookings up to 9pm at night. Residents bring their own rackets and balls.

Squash/Racquetball Courts
Located on the P/1 level are a squash and racquetball courts which are available to residents for use by booking at the Concierge Desk.

Exercise Room
Concorde Park truly boasts having one of the largest condominium exercise rooms. Complete with 4 treadmills, 2 elliptical trainers, incumbent bikes, a universal weight system, bench press, free weights, training balls, rower and 2 LCD TV’s to view the news while you work out. The exercise room is available 24 hours a day and is located on the first floor overlooking the lobby on one side and the grounds on the other.
